Here are the new teachers in Ara Teina's reception area. You may have seen some of them already.
Miss Keren Simons and Miss Betsy Rego will be moving with the older children next door into Room 19 once the new classroom spaces are ready.
Our new teacher who is staying with Miss Ellis this term is Miss Helen Wackrow.
Kia ora Parents and Caregivers of Room 20. My name is Miss Wackrow and I have just joined the Arahoe family after teaching in the United States for the last two years. I am so happy to be home in the land of marmite, flat whites and Whittakers chocolate again! I love science , technology and art, so I am having the most fun when I am exploring, experimenting and creating with my class.
A big thank you to all the lovely teachers in the Reception room! Thank you for being so friendly and welcoming and making my daughter's transition to school not so scary! She is still settling in, but with such wonderful teachers I am sure she won't take too long!
