Today we worked so very hard.
In Shared Writing we wrote a story about our mums. We are learning to draw a picture and write a simple sentence.

We are learning about the letter m. What it looks like and sounds like! Here is a link to a song to help us learn:
We are learning to glue our work into our books. We did it by ourselves! Miss Ellis said that we are the best ever at gluing our work into our books, especially as it is only our 2nd day at school.
Our teacher said "I could not hear a peep from you. You are so busy gluing your work into your books."
Mr Limbrick gave us a present- a foam letter and number puzzle.
We went to the hall and Miss Ellis gave us the job of joining all the letters together to make a mat. We worked together as a team, and then had to problem solve to turn the shape into a rectangle! We are team players and problem solvers!
Another great day at school!
Today we have brought home the notice for the artist visit and the trip. We also have a new book to read called 'Lunchboxes'.
Here is a picture of us dancing to a favourite song. We do that to warm up our bodies and our minds first thing in the morning. What a great way to start the day!
