FRIDAY FEVER

Kia ora everybody!

Wow, what a great job we have done settling into school on our first week in Room 20. 

Miss Ellis asked us what was our favourite thing about school or what was something we learnt about this week.

This is what we have to say:

Josh- we learnt about worms

Sammi- we learnt how to spell mum

Sam- I like learning with Miss Ellis

Lucy- worms live underground

Yogini- I like reading books and taking them home.

 

Well done Sammi for winning the class certificate this week.  Sammi does amazing work during Reading and Writing time and is always ready for learning.

Today we had our first Jump Jam.  It was so much fun!  We won 'best class' because we didn't talk in the hall.  All the Ara Teina teachers looked amazed, because we are amazing.

 

Today we take our poem book home and bring it back Monday.

We are learning to find letter m, colour in the lines and glue our poem in the right way.

 

We need to bring a picture for our Whanau Wall.  Please help us and write something about our family with us.
