What is Happening in the Buzzy Busy Beehive?

Dear parents and caregivers,

Last week we had a visit from Learning Curves Preschool.  We showed them our finger gym where we do activities that make our fingers strong for writing.

 

 

 

We sing lots of songs!  Our favourites are 'I am a Pizza' and 'Slippery Fish'.  We have Good Morning song leaders too!

 

We are learning about the different sounds that different letters make. Have a look at our posters we make!  We are also learning about rhyming and syllables.  We need to be able to listen for different sounds to learn to read and write.

 

We have been learning to think of ideas for story writing.  We are creative thinkers!

 

At break time we play on the pirate ship which is just for Year 0 and Year 1 children.
