WHY DO WE HAVE A SHADOW?

Kia ora parents and caregivers!

In Room 20 we have been learning about shadows.  Our big question for today is 'Why do we have shadows?'  We have been outside in the sun drawing around our shadows.  Some of us thought that our shadows would not always appear when the sun came out.  After our experiments we learnt that we always have a shadow when the sun comes out!

We have been working extra hard in Room 20.  We are working on our Handwriting with Miss Ellis using The Magic Caterpillar Handwriting Programme.   Some os us are learning the names of the Casey Shapes and some of us are learning to draw the Casey Shapes.  Some of us are learning how to write our names correctly using Casey Shapes.

This post will be updated soon!  We have lots of photos but a technical glitch!  Hold tight while we get that sorted!

Ka kite ano!
